Connecting with others within your community is how you will collaborate. The primary area to find everyone within your community is the Member Directory.

Once in the Member Directory you want to connect with people that have similar interests to you or that you would like to know more about/do business with. Think of connecting with someone like a friend request, it’s a two-way street. You’re requesting to connect with them and they do need to give permission for you to do so.

Within the Member Directory, find the person you want to connect with

Once you have found the member you wish to connect with, there will be a blue button  to the right of their name and picture.

Select the  button.

After selecting the  button, you will see that it is now a  button.

Once the member has accepted your request to connect, the button will now be . When seeing them on the online menu the status circle will be green vs. yellow when your connection request was pending.

When a connection request is sent to you, you will receive a notification within the system. You will also receive an email communication based on your email settings. This is to ensure you are receiving prompt updates of activity regarding your profile within the community you belong too.
