Following people within your community is key to beginning collaboration. The primary area to find everyone within your community is the Member Directory.

Once in the Member Directory you want to follow people that have similar interests to you or that you would like to know more about. Think of following someone like following news, it’s a one-way street. You’re following them and they don’t need to give permission for you to do so.

Within the Member Directory, find the person you want to follow.

Once you have found the member you wish to Follow, there will be a  button to the right of their name and picture.

Select the  button and you are now following that member of the community.

On the top left you will see the Search for people, groups, and content… search bar.

If you know the name of the person you’re trying to find, you can simply start to type their name and a list will automatically generate from the population.

OR

On the top right, you will see an icon bar.

Select the Members option 

This is where you will find all members within the community.

You can scroll until you find who you are looking for, or you can use the letters at the top to find someone. Please note the Member Directory is in alphabetical order by last name.
