The event calendar is a consolidated place you’re able to see all events happening within the community. These can be external registrations, meetings, webinars or an event. There are private events as well which are only visible to event admins or if you’re given the event URL.
My events is where you can see events in the community that you are an admin for. All events is the entire community calendar.
The WorkOutLoud platform never deletes anything, we simply archive all data. Looking for information on a past event? Go to archives and you’ll be able to access all old events within the community that were public.
Here is where you are able to view the entire event calendar in a calendar view.
There are four different event types in the WorkOutLoud platform, Meeting, Webinar, Event or External Registration. To the end user the only difference you will see is the registration process. A Meeting is a simple registration process that does not have any payment associated with it but does have profile requirements and questions. A Webinar is similar to a Meeting registration however you are provided the webinar details upon completion of registration. An Event is the most sophisticated event type and includes agendas, multi-day events, member management and payment. An External Registration is how third party events are able to be showcased on the WorkOutLoud platform. For an External Registration there is no registration within the WorkOutLoud platform simply a re-direct to the URL embedded by the admin.
Events can be shared using the unique URL found in your browser. They can also be shared using the social share button which is directly above the event title.
